I have been an active investor for almost 30 years now and can see that the landscape of true investing has changed considerably. True investors buy the commodity that they are interested in. They do this with the expectation of full transparency.

Market makers and hedge funds are NOT investors. They manipulate every cheat and backdoor to make as much money as possible. They do this with no concern for the companies / workers / investors that they are actively destroying.

We need as much transparency as possible. Being a hardware engineer, I can say that with todays technology, there is no reason why reporting can not be done every 15 minutes. Reporting of each transaction also gives evidence of illegal activities that are responsible for the destruction of many American companies that are simply fighting to stay alive.

SEC should open up as much transparency as possible. It can begin with S7-18-21
