August 23, 2022 I support transaction-by-transaction reporting because it eliminates the ability to hide within the aggregate. I support the 15 minute reporting requirement as it helps to prevent fraud and loopholes. Retail investors and victimized companies will both benefit from greater transparency. True price discovery and risk assessment will never come to light if predatory short sellers are allowed to dangerously short in the dark. Thank you
