Dear Ms. Countryman,
It is most crucial for this rule to pass. For so long, short sellers, especially prime brokers and investment banks, have abused this method, via technical complexities, to generate ill-gotten gain.
I, a retail investor, has faith in the free and fair market. But the USA market has longer free and fair with these above participants. The passing of this rule will push the system back to the right path.
