August 17, 2022 I have never been so pleased and encouraged by a rule proposed by the SEC. This is the single most encouraging revelation thus far as to the state of the SEC and the American markets. The fact that this rule was even proposed shows that the SEC is not wholly corrupt and complicit the fraud and illegality that runs rampant through the American markets. There is still hope we can change this system for the better. I believe transaction-by-transaction reporting, and lending reporting, is VITAL to a fair and free market. This rule change is the first step to restoring faith in America - something the world is losing every day now. Implement it, Gary Gensler. Show the people of America, and show the world, that you are a man of conviction.
