August 16, 2022 I strongly support this rule change as written. This rule change as written is an important step towards transparency and accountability in our financial system. Supporting transaction-by-transaction reporting eliminates the ability to hide within an aggregate, providing transparency the 15 minute reporting requirement prevents fraud and allows companies and individual investors alike to see what is happening with their stock.
