Reporting of Securities Loans, is beneficial to the free and fair market, and is a severe blow to the now-obvious and egregious fraud that is being perpetrated daily, as it has been for decades, by large and unscrupulous wall street firms such as Citadel, Virtu, Susquehanna, Point72, and many others, all of which have been \"fined\" dozens of times for continuous illegal activities.
