I'd like to use this comment to express my emphasized support for transaction by transaction reporting as proposed. The markets need and deserve transparency and the technology to do so has already been proven to work by the cryptocurrency markets. The lack of reporting only serves to embolden bad faith actors and their conflicts of intrests. For too long individual investors are shut out of information and data that helps us make informed decisions. I respect the SEC's push toward transparency and would like for it to continue, namely through this rule.
