Good day members of the SEC,
I am a long time retail trader and have been using the trading as a way to reach my retirement goals both by actively trading in my retirement accounts and personal investment holdings. Having seen a number of companies that have been impacted by short selling, I think that having live data would allow for better transparency in the market. The data would allow institutional investors, individual investors and hedge funds the ability to accurately understand negative sentiment in the market. This data could be factored into pricing decisions and recommendations through a variety of information aggregators that would allow for better market management.
More data allows for better trading. This crucial data is needed to level the playing field for all market participants.
