Short selling cannot be allowed to occur without any visibility. Little to no transparency leads to short sellers victimizing companies with no ability to defend themselves form predatory short sellers based on transactional data that should be available in a free market. I support the 15 minute reporting requirement that eliminates the ability hide within the aggregate to prevent fraud and eliminate long abused loop holes.
