For your consideration, I am a retail trader. A working class man from a small town. I, as many others do, work hard to get by and have been investing my money in the stock market to try and make and keep some wealth for my family. I have learned a lot about it and about the tactics short sellers and 'market makers' have been using to keep MY investment down. I humbly request that our markets be as transparent as possible for the sake of EVERYONE who is involved. It is simply impossible to make effective trades in our current market as a retail trader and I believe to blame lies squarely at the feet of the hedge funds, investment bankers, and the regulatory bodies that are supposed to watch out for OUR interests. Please encourage as many reporting requirements as possible and make the market transparent enough to give us 'little people' a fighting chance. Thank you
