When deciding whether or not to allow bad actors to hide behind any lack of transparency and reporting loopholes, please consider the overall trust and fairness that we need to maintain in order to keep the global investments in our US markets/Companies. As I'm sure you all are aware, requiring real time, trade by trade reporting help immensely in proving when rules have been broken. This time stamped evidence is critical in any justice system. Aggregate, delayed reporting leaves too much time to cover tracks and gives little evidence to prosecutors. The cost is justified by the protection it offers against bad actors that are stunting growth and destroying value in good companies. Again, this transparency is critical in restoring the global trust in our US markets. Please do what is right for the public at large, not just the priveleged people who have paid their way to a seat at the table.
