August 16, 2022 Thank you for this opportunity to comment on such an important step in market freedom and fairness. For so long now, retail has been hurt by an unfair playing field, shady tactics, and a lack of oversight within the markets. S7-18-21 is a small step in the right direction but it is at least a step. I ask you to implement this rule as a start to regaining confidence in our markets. People everywhere, within the US and abroad, are taking notice of the unfair markets and we need to address this before people lose all confidence. This is not only a matter of confidence, but of economy and national security. Self registration does not work as we have seen so clearly. Please take this step for the individual investor and our country.
