August 16, 2022 Dear SEC, With this rule change it will benefit the transparency of the free market. It will uphold the standards set forth at the founding of the market where we believe in a free and fair market. With additional reporting required it gives retail investors the ability to compete with market makers and hedge funds which we are currently at a disadvantage. This rule change will allow a more fair market and help eliminate corruption in fraud that is already occurring.
