August 16, 2022 I strongly urge the SEC to firmly follow through with this rule proposal and reject any adjustments that would weaken the proposed changes. As an international investor it has been discouraging to experience first hand just how much the securities markets, and ultimately my investments, are affected by mechanisms that are hidden, undisclosed and frankly manuipulated. There can be no free market or any fair price discovery if there is not equal access to accurate information. In particular I feel that the current lack of transparency in reporting on loans of securities introduces enormous risk for market participants. Without accurate and timely information it is impossible for individual investors to properly determine if an investment is sound or not as there could be significant preassure on a security through lending that is not reported accurately to the market at large. I emplore you to require transaction-by-transaction reporting on security lending as close to real time as technically feasable. Thank you for your time considering this comment.
