August 16, 2022 This reporting is easily done by a software engineering intern. There is NO CHANCE the banks/funds dont already have the tools to disclose and track these short sales. No chance is it going to cost them extra money to report unless it first has to go to through some black market bs to hide the real transactions. T+instant should be a thing with how much tech spending these guys have. Its truly a shame that they are able to swindle everyone so easily saying its a hard problem whats a hard problem is how to hide more bs into the less amount of time to disclose. Make them disclose instantly. No questions. The more time they have to report the more time for shenanigans
