August 16, 2022 I would like to comment in support of this rule. I believe that transparency is the most important part of the market and to be frank the market has less transparency now than ever before. Between dark pools which Mr. Gensler pointed out that 95% of retail trade transactions go through, the FTD numbers going to ridiculous places, and how slow market information moves this rule will be a good start to get a better handle on what really goes on in the markets. My hat is off to you at the SEC for trying to make the markets a more stable and fair place for investments. Though we have a long way to go.
