August 16, 2022 Hello, as a American investor who has lost faith in market makers, I believe proposals like this are key in strengthening trust in Americas financial mechanisms. As a software engineer i believe transparency and strong tracking of transactions is key for markets to operate fairly and adequately. I believe, when there is lack of reporting/transactions it puts governing bodies in a harder place for enforcement because there are information gaps where it is hard to piece together any trends or abuse. Any organization that opposes proposals like this are most likely abusing these mechanisms and in of itself should be investigated further. It is 2022, there is no place for delays in reporting when transactions are processed in milliseconds. Thank you for the work you do, and I hope to see this proposal is put in place.
