As a retail investor, I would like to express my great concern and disagreement regarding the negative impact on the transparency of the markets caused by rules such as the one discussed here. This leads financial partnerships such as Hedge Funds to act outside said transparency at their free will and in complete secrecy. That is why I consider absolutely necessary changes in transparency policies that avoid the above.
As a retail investor I am not at all satisfied with the current situation.
