This is so long overdue that it's scandalous.
Institutional obfuscation through transaction types that aren't required to be published needs to end immediately.
If institutional investors are worried about \"losing an edge\" in the market, perhaps they should just go back to school for a refresher on the fundamentals.
If anything, this proposed rule doesn't go far enough not by a long shot.
