Dear SEC,
I did previously comment on the proposed ruling of S7-18-21 and upon further due diligence, I stand by my original comment of being FOR this rule. This rule also equal and fair opportunity for all market participants and I am a firm believe that fair markets will continue to govern the United Sates forward. Transparency will benefit all plays (retail and institutions) which will further validate what we stand by as free and fair markets.
