As a retail investor on the outside I find it difficult why all trades and stock market transactions are not easily read and full disclosures to the public. Trades without disclosure to the public is one retail traders cannot trust or invest their money in those companies. I want access to free, transparent, accurate, and timely disclosures otherwise how am I to be able to determine if the company I am doing business with is a good choice? I don't.

Right now I as an investor have access to old useless and out of date data. I have no way to tell if a company has my best interest in mind. In fact many financial institutions have conflicting business plans based on their reported short positions against me at times yet there are over 99% over those positions that are not even reported. They are simply lying to us and stealing our money.

It is far based time to address these reporting issues and give retail traders more information, more places to find actual correct information, and not only disclose the position but hold them accountable to any illegal activity to hide or fail to deliver
