This is my second time to comment on what's fair and not fair in the market place. I am a senior and a veteran and wonder why some of the rules already passed by the sec are not being enforced? I think passing PFOF is a good start and thank you, but will it be enforced?? I see day after day the number of shares filed in the dark pool that astonishes me.(90 to 95% in some cases). It is hard to understand why this happens since there is a rule that says the sec can stop them anytime. Share swapping is another goody that should not be happening. Ladder attacks and manipulation continues in the FREE market. The only people who prosper are the Hedge funds. Look I know the SEC members come from wall street and probably want the ability to return at some time but sometimes you have to do the right thing for everybody.
