I believe a fair and free market should be exactly that. However I also think that Hedge Funds, Market Makers and other large players have abused the system. Any rule that increases transparency and fairness for the market I am in favor of. However I also am not an expert in the field. That is why I believe the SEC should listen to an expert, the expert being Dr. Susanne Trimbath PhD.
