The market unanimously favors insiders and institutions... as a retail investor, with limited access to information over trades, I welcome any rule that provides more transparency in the market, especially the securities reporting practices which this rule pertains to.
Please consider modifying how this information is reported so that, in the age of the internet, retail investors can have better access to accurate, timely data on their own fruition and which can be verified by the SEC. As much real time and up to date data should be available to the retail (tax paying) trader so that they are on a level playing field as institutions and insiders.
