Hi, I don't know why it takes years for the SEC to do everything in its power to increase transparency to all in the markets. How long did it take for timely insider buying and selling activity to reach the average investor? It took the scandals of Worldcom and Enron to make that happen. Don't wait for scandals to take place with the Form D's. They should be made public to all. Thank you -David Groner |
