ESG is an illegal communist scheme for circumventing democratic processes to impose arbitrarily-determined standards on corporations in order to hijack the free enterprise system for political purposes. That the SEC would pretend that it can and will fairly enforce honesty amid an inherently dishonest scheme is a testament to the politicized nature of the SEC.
