Shareholder Proposal - Form S17-17-07
1. Item 8 on Schedule 13G reads "Identification and Classification of Members of the Group" How or where does a filer who is not a member of a group answer the new proposal?
In the Form S17-17-07 it states under Item II, A 3 (a):
"Specifically, we are proposing ... that would be required by new Item 8A, Item 8B, Item 8C."
Form S17-17-07 then goes on to describe the changes for making additions to only Item 8B and 8C.
2. Will there be a change in the description to Item 8? Will there be an Item 8A?
3. Since you are asking for what could be a considerable amount of information would it not make sense to change Item 10 (Bylaw Amendments) and move the Certification to Item 11?
4. Will all filers of Schedule 13G (submit to EDGAR a Schedule 13G and or an amendment) provide this information only if they intend to make a change in the corporate bylaws or will they submit this information in all cases in the event that in the future they want to propose a change to the bylaws?
