One additional thought on top of my prior submission. The rule will require funds to report the number of days they were outside compliance with their 80% test. This should be reported annually in the prospectus or annual report. Also, the N-Port figure should look back 3 months so investors can see the deviation over the e tire quarter, not just during one of three months. Thank you.
