In order to more fully understand the calculus and impact of these proposed rules, I would like to SEC to address the following:
1.) How many (if any) complaints has the SEC received for overly large or overly small whistleblower awards?
2.) What percentage of time has the SEC dedicated to what may constitute "frivolous" whistleblower claims?
3.) How many (if any) complaints has the SEC received for very lengthy processing times?
4.) How many (if any) complaints has the SEC received regarding inadequate communication or inadequate funding in relation to the Whistleblowr program?
