I find that the Proposed Rules do not adequate address the problems currently inflicting the Whistleblower Program. The Proposed Rules appear to "cherry pick" problems and assume opinions of stakeholders rather than concretely show the concerns of interested parties.
I would request that the SEC, the OWB, and the Commissioners read the problems discussed within this article: http://www.brokeandbroker.com/2735/sec-oig-owb/ - and include solutions to the problems mentioned.
