Grandfather Status Shall be Established for the In-Progress Cases in Terms of Award Percentage Determination
The proposed rule changes need to address the circumstances where cases have been in progress for many years and are pending final conclusions. The whistleblowing Grandfathers who had contributed substantially to the SEC program on or before June 28, 2018 shall be treated accordingly, in the event the proposed changes are adopted.
