Thank you for the ability to comment on the SEC's Proposed Changes to the SEC's Whistleblower Rules. These Proposed Changes are found in SEC File No. S7-16-18. Yesterday's Supreme Court decision has the effect of curtailing, in some cases severely, the amount of monetary award a whistleblower may receive as a result of an SEC action. This Supreme Court case is Liu v. SEC. Considering the SEC's noteable success in its current Whistleblower Program, please increase the SEC's current 20% award range (10% to 30%), to 25% to 45%. This will offset the discouragement potential whistleblowers will encounter under the new Supreme Court decision, and help maintain the vibrant success of the current SEC Whistleblower program. Thank you, Anonymous
