Dear Chairman Cox:
Iwas going to merely copy the sample letter from Oxfam, but I
want you to know that I really believe that shareholders need
information. I carefully read all shareholder resolutions and
proposals and think carefully about how I'd like my company to
run...and vote accordingly. We, as shareholders, have the
responsibility to know all the issues that might affect our
company's business. We should have learned by now that corporate
transparency is vital to a healthy economy.
Please protect the right of investors to file shareholder
resolutions and I urge you to take no action on the proposed
initiatives that would curtail or eliminate this essential
right.
Sincerely,
Lori Cogen
