Subject: SEC rules & regulations (s7-16-07)/h2>

October 1, 2007

To whom it may concern:

Stockholder resolutions are a benefit to not only the particular company, but to the nation by bringing awareness to any impropriety in the business. Any curtailment of these resolutions by the SEC will lessen the potential for better business in the company and effect negatively the total economy of the US, and yes, the world economy. Please do not change any rules and regulations that would limit the ability of investors to make a difference. Investors find it difficult now to effect better business with the regulations that are now in place. PLEASE, don't make it worse for them.
