I certainly hope that you will NOT go forward with your proposal to limit shareholder proposals. This is a valuable tool to keep corporations accountable to their shareholders and there is no good reason to limit it except to kowtow to corporate powers that be.
Its positively undemocratic, and I hope that you will NOT go forward with this proposal
