Greetings:
This email is in reference to SEC File Number S7-16-07.
I oppose any action by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to weaken the rights of Americans to present resolutions for votes by corporate shareholders.
I feel that most citizens believe that corporations currently have too much power and are too little influenced by their shareholders and their employees. I strongly oppose these SEC initiatives.
