Subject: File No. S7-16-07

Chairman Christopher Cox
Securities and Exchange Commission
100 F Street, NE
Washington, DC 20549-1090

The SEC, over the last few years, has put ideology over service and has watched for the short-term interests of the most corrupt corporations rather than the long-term interests of "us the people."

This file is no exception. It seems to come right off some Dickensian mind, to restrict the power of owners over their properties.

Won't the SEC, for once, make a decision that favors the public good?

Sincerely,
Daniel Noel
