General Comment

In past, the Shareholder proposals have facilitated the promotion of risk awareness, corporate governance and have brought attention to important issue that may affect the organisations. As a result, it brings in greater transparency and investor confidence. Therefore, to encourage this practice, it should be considered to have non-binding Shareholder proposals.

Specific comment re Electronic Shareholder Forums at Page 43475 B.

Suggestions are highly regarded and beneficial in principles, but from a practical perspective, it opens another assortment of problems, from Identity Theft to Phishing to Web application cracking, etc. Some guidance to involve such system under the current regulatory regime may provide reasonable comfort over the IT controls around such technological initiatives.
