Do not do it.
I stand among a throng of faith-based investors opposed to your proposed changes to SEC Rule 14a-8 which governs the filing of shareholder resolutions.
The rights of shareholders to apply pressure on behalf of justice and responsibility deserve to be / must be preserved. I strongly oppose any effort to curtail this important component of shareholder democracy.
I urge you to use the power of your office to maintain this important right with all vigor.
