Dear Chairman Cox:
It would be absolutely amoral of the Commission to allow the potential to eliminate shareholder resolutions. I ask you to please, please consider your fellow man and the benefits of the market being directed by more people in this respect. Please do not make an irreversible mistake that could effect the lives of many. Please keep the current rules in place. and let me know what you are going to do about this.
