Subject: Proposed Rule eliminating requirements for NAV interday publication
From: Harry Yosten

September 25, 2018

I am a small investor and invest in some fairly to slightly illiquid ETFs which sometimes have discrepancies between NAV and buy/sell quotes. I won't buy or sell if the quotes aren't right on the NAV. If the SEC does away with this rule I will not have enough information to make logical buy/sell decisions in a timely fashion during the day.

Certainly the very large ETFs have very tiny discrepancies, but the smaller ones can have great spreads.

Please protect small investors like me and keep the current rule.
