Please do not change rules regarding 12b-1 fees and related. We provide a valueable service to clients and this servicing is not "sales" but compensates us for maintaining our clients financial health and knowledge. A fee for a follow up visit to a physician is not considered "sales" nor ever disclosed as such. Let the good people in our industry continue and not be hampered by this ridiculous standard that will send a flood of red tape throughout other industries and threaten the stability of the fragile ecomomy and employment situation.
