Buying securities is complicated enough for most folks. Adding this extra layer of compliance just complicates the situation even further. We need to use some common "horse sense" when it comes to dealing with the public. It simply does not make good "horse sense" to add more layers of bureaucracy and regulation in the name of transparency. This rule does just the opposite.
