Hi Ms. Murphy,
I just wanted to write to you to let you know that 12b-1 fees are what allow me to stay in business and continue to serve my clients. Taking them away would adversely affect my income and my ability to keep serving my clients in an appropriate manner that they deserve. I would appreciate you voting to keep the current 12b-1 structure as it is written. Thanks for all your help in this matter.
