I have been in the securities business for almost 30 years, and I can personally document 250 cases where clients have directly benefitted from 12b-1 fees. Every client knows they are paying a ongoing fee for service, please continue to help the smaller accounts under $ 250,000 by keeping 12b-1 fees intact!!
