I strongly oppose limiting 12(b) 1 fees for mutual funds, either by the percentage charged or by temporarily grandfathering C shares for five years. Most of my clients are small accounts that cannot be serviced if lower fees are forced on their accounts. Such a change in fee structure will not benefit them and will effectively take financial assistance away from them. Jim Daly Stockbroker
