Enacting this legislation would seriously handicap my ability to provide the services necessary to properly manage client portfolios. By limiting the resources required to run a practice, you are jeopardizing the practitioner`s ability to keep a business open. This will have a counterproductive impact on the consumer. I strongly urge you to re-think the proposal as it currently stands.
