I want to register my opinion that you should not under any circumstances force smaller companies to file reports and statements on the SEC's regular forms by eliminating small business Forms SB-1, SB-2, 10-SB, 10-QSB, and 10KSB.
This move would make it far more costly to register small-business securities, access public capital markets and fund American-style innovation.
As President Bush said today, 8/8/07 , Small business is responsible for the economic growth of this country". Don't do anything to mess that up
