October 8, 2022 Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to comment on S7-14-22. As I am just a simple value investor, I'm not too educated on the current mechanics of SBS but I am whole-heartedly in favor of anything that will add transparency to our markets. There are too many ways for large institutions, hedge funds, market makers, and big banks to game the system and investors. Transparency is the only way for the SEC to truly serve their purpose of protecting investors (all of them, I assume?), maintain fair and orderly markets, and facilitate capital formation. Any step away from transparency for all is also a step away from investors.
