Hello, I’m here to tell you, the SEC, to reject this propose rule asap! It isn’t transparent with the retail investor! It doesn’t help the retail investor in anyway! Only hurts the retail investor! Now, please reject this rule and try to propose a rule that helps the retail investor only! It’s terrible to see the SEC having these rules that does nothing for the retail investor but you expect us to believe this market is FAIR?! This market is rigged! Please correct your mistakes! History will look back at this time and see the SEC as a joke or a fair institution that helped keep the American dream possible for all. Regret this rule please!
